Saudi Arabia and Syria signed three Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for 760MW of solar projects in Rif Dimashq, supported by 1,077MWh of battery storage, alongside technical cooperation agreements with Saudi Electricity Project Development Company and Siemens Energy.
