Joseph Hage Aaronson & Bremen opens new Bahrain Office

Joseph Hage Aaronson & Bremen (JHAB), a specialist litigation and advisory law firm, has opened its new office in the Kingdom of Bahrain, thus marking an important step in its global growth.

Announcing this at the fourth edition of Gateway Gulf, JHAB said its Bahrain office will focus on private wealth advisory services and dispute resolution, bringing together the firm’s experience advising ultra-high-net-worth private clients, families and family offices on complex cross-border wealth, tax, trust and succession matters with its established disputes and international arbitration practices.

The Bahrain office will provide JHAB with a permanent presence in the Gulf and a base from which to work more closely with clients and advisers across Bahrain and the wider GCC.

Joe Hage, founder of JHAB, said: "Bahrain has established itself as an increasingly important centre for international business, investment and private wealth in the Gulf. Its openness, ambition and long history as a commercial centre, with its respect for the rule of law, make it a natural home for JHAB in the region."

"I have longstanding connections with Bahrain and the wider Gulf, so the opening of our office here is a particularly proud moment for me personally. We are delighted to be investing in Bahrain and to play our own part in the Kingdom’s continuing development as a leading business and financial centre within the GCC," he stated.

Dalal Buhejji, Executive Director of Financial Services at the Bahrain EDB, said: "The establishment of JHAB in Bahrain reflects the Kingdom’s appeal as a destination for international professional services firms, supported by a well-developed legal and regulatory framework and a business-friendly environment that facilitates cross-border activity."

"It also aligns with Bahrain’s efforts to attract family offices and high-net-worth individuals, further strengthening its position as a destination for international wealth and investment," he stated.

JHAB’s Bahrain office will work closely with the firm’s London team, combining specialist private wealth advice with the firm’s experience in high-value commercial disputes and international arbitration, she added.-TradeArabia News Service
