Eni and Fincantieri subsidiary IDS have signed an agreement to commercialise and develop Clean Sea, an underwater robotic monitoring system. IDS gains exclusive global rights to market the technology for offshore inspections and marine CCS projects.
Fincantieri, a leading Italian group and one of the world's largest shipbuilding groups, has signed a deal with ASRY (Arab Shipbuilding & Repair Yard) to explore collaboration in the shipbuilding sector, thus reinforcing its presence in the Gulf region.
