SLB and Equinor have signed a multi-year agreement for advanced reservoir stimulation services across the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS), including a major upgrade of the well stimulation vessel MV Island Captain.
Wood has secured a three-year contract from Equinor to provide lifecycle information (LCI) services across nearly 100 assets in Norway, including offshore installations, subsea sites and onshore plants.

Equinor and its Brazilian subsidiary Rio Energy have started commercial power production at the Serra da Babilônia Solar facility in Brazil. With recoverable reserves exceeding 1 billion barrels of oil equivalent (boe), Bacalhau is the largest international offshore field ever developed by Equinor.
