Global engineering and professional services firm WSP has announced that it has signed an agreement with Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon) to develop its carbon neutrality strategy, a defining step towards achieving net-zero across its industrial cities, in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s national climate ambitions.
WSP has secured a major contract from UAE-based ARM Holding to lead the detailed master plan for a key development at its historic Jebel Ali Racecourse mixed-use project. Spanning over 5 million sq m area, it reimagines urban living through a mix of residential, hospitality, retail, and leisure elements.
