A consortium led by French utility giant EDF power solutions with members Al Khadra Partners and OQ Alternative Energy (OQAE), has achieved a major milestone with the financial close for the 120MW Jaalan Bani Bu Ali (JBB) Wind Independent Power Project in the Sultanate of Oman.
