Hassan Allam Holding, a leading engineering and construction company, said one of its key units has secured a contract from Modon Ras El Hekma to build a luxury hospitality and residential project - Montage Hotel and Branded Residences - at Ras El Hekma in Egypt’s North Coast.
Abu Dhabi-based Modon Holding has joined hands with hospitality brand Nammos for the launch of its first fully integrated destination in Egypt - Nammos Ras El Hekma. Part of the $35 billion Ras El Hekma masterplan, it will boast branded homes, a luxury resort, restaurant and beach club.
UAE-based Miran Hills Real Estate said it has entered into an agreement with Ras El Hekma Urban Development Project Company to secure rights for development of a prime parcel of land in a premier coastal destination on Egypt’s North Coast, into a landmark waterfront destination.
