UAE-based developer H&H has appointed leading contractor Palace Group to deliver an exclusive collection of six-bed Luna Villas within its nature-led residential community - Eden Hills in Dubai. Set for completion in 2028, these villas occupy prime plots overlooking the signature Central Wadi.
Saudi Arabia has announced the launch of its largest private sector residential development - Jawharat Al Arous (Arabic for Jewel of the Bride) - being developed at an investment of SAR8 billion ($2.1 billion). Spanning 107 million sq m, it boasts 18 residential neighbourhoods that will house over 700,000 citizens as well as more than 80,000 prime plots.
