Dubai-based Majid Developments has announced steady progress on its prime residential development - Mayfair Gardens - located in Jumeirah Garden City, with the project in its final stages of construction. The 12-storey tower featuring 64 apartments is due for handover in September.
Majid Developments has accelerated construction on its flagship residential project Arlington Park 2 in Dubailand, following strong investor demand across its expanding portfolio in the emirate. It comprises 129 apartments with a mix of studios and one- to three-bedroom units.
