Saudi Ground Services Company (SGS) has announced that it has secured a SAR315 million ($84 million) contract from Riyadh Airports Company for carrying out the operation and maintenance of passenger boarding bridges and related services at King Khalid International Airport (KKIA).
King Khalid International Airport, managed and operated by Riyadh Airports Company, has achieved global recognition after being named “World’s Most Improved Airport” among more than 560 airports worldwide in 2026.
Riyadh Airports Company has announced that King Khalid International Airport in the Saudi capital has completed a large-scale terminal relocation project this month, shifting the airline operations while handling more than one million passengers during the transition.
King Khalid International Airport, operated by Riyadh Airports Company, will implement a terminal transfer project from February 17–25. The plan reallocates terminals for domestic and international flights, increasing capacity by 33% to 56 million passengers by 2026 and boosting transit capacity to 7.5 million annually.
