Indian group Garuda Construction and Engineering said its key subsidiary, Dream City Builders has secured a contract for the development of a 93-storey twisting tower in the Saudi city of Jeddah featuring a five-star hotel with 350 rooms and a diamond-shaped rooftop restaurant.
