Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dream City Builders (formerly known as Garuda Arabia), has entered into a deal with Almasarat Company that involves the proposed construction and development of a landmark 93-storey twisting tower in the Saudi port city of Jeddah.

The visionary 360-degree twisting tower project spans 1,53,451 sq m and is designed to feature panoramic sea views, a five-star hotel with roughly 350 rooms across the lower 14 floors, and a diamond-shaped rooftop restaurant on the 93rd floor. 

As per the deal, Dream City Builders will be handling the complete engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) scope, encompassing construction, finishing and handover. 

The project, set to run for five years from commencement period, carries an estimated revenue potential of ₹18 billion ($191 million) for Dream City Builders over the project period, subject to requisite approvals and project commencement.
