Embraer, a leading global aerospace company based in Brazil, and Abu Dhabi sovereign investor Mubadala Investment Company have signed an agreement to jointly explore long-term collaboration in aerospace manufacturing, maintenance, research and workforce development.
Global demand for smaller commercial jets will remain robust over the next two decades as passenger traffic continues to grow, according to leading Brazilian planemaker Embraer, which has forecast 8,500 new aircraft deliveries worth about $650 billion by 2045.
Embraer, one of the world’s aerospace industry leaders, and Generation 5 Holding, a UAE-based defence and technology company, have signed an exclusive strategic partnership agreement to cover a comprehensive scope of the C‑390 Millennium multi-mission military transport aircraft in the UAE.
Embraer and Finnair have signed an agreement for up to 46 E195-E2 aircraft, comprising 18 firm orders, 16 options, and 12 purchase rights. The E195-E2 will replace Finnair’s older aircraft, supporting the airline’s strategy for profitable growth.
Adani Defence & Aerospace, a flagship company of Indian business conglomerate Adani Enterprises, has signed an agreement with Brazilian multinational aerospace corporation Embraer to set up a final assembly line (FAL) for its E175 regional jet under India’s Regional Transport Aircraft (RTA) programme.
