AD Ports Group, a leading global enabler of trade, logistics, and industry, signed a Joint Venture and Shareholders agreement with France-based CMA CGM Group, a world leader in shipping and logistics, to acquire a 20% stake in the Latakia International Container Terminal (LICT) for AED81 million ($22 million).
Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT), Saudi Arabia's leading national container terminal operator, and the French CMA CGM Group, one of the world’s largest shipping companies, have signed an agreement to develop and operate the fourth container terminal at Jeddah Islamic Port.
