Revealed: Wynn Oasis to house 7,000 staff

Wynn Oasis, a purpose-built residential community adjacent to Marjan Island and Wynn Boulevard, has been revealed.

Developed by Wynn Design and Development, the community reflects the quality and refinement of Wynn design, as well as the employee-first philosophy that defines Wynn Resorts worldwide, Wynn Resorts said.

Planned to accommodate approximately 80% of Wynn Al Marjan Island's team members, Wynn Oasis will span 105,267 sq m (26 acres) and is scheduled to welcome more than 7,000 colleagues across 15 vertical residential communities upon opening in Summer 2026.

Located just a 15-minute drive away from Wynn Al Marjan Island, the community will be supported by a breadth of amenities rarely found in employer-provided housing, making Wynn Oasis among the most comprehensive colleague-living developments in the global hospitality sector.

Colleague accommodation at Wynn Oasis will be delivered to guest hospitality standards, reflecting Wynn Resorts' curated approach to comfort, elegance, and artistry. Rooms will feature smart TVs, dedicated workspaces, and high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as hotel-quality linens, terry towels, and a choice of pillows, supported by a weekly laundry service for colleague bedding.

All colleagues will also have access to private bathrooms and fully fitted kitchens, pantries, and laundry facilities. Apartments will be equipped with cookware, dishware, and essential kitchen amenities, with personal safes and curated welcome amenities on arrival. A dedicated hotel-grade guest building, The Beach House, will also be available to all colleagues, offering accommodation for visiting families, supported by a concierge service aligned with five-star operations.

Life at Wynn Oasis will be designed around ease and balance. Inclusive transportation services will connect the community to Wynn Al Marjan Island in less than 15 minutes, with weekend services linking residents to malls, beaches, and nearby city destinations. At the heart of the community will be The Pearl, a multi-amenity hub integrating fitness, entertainment, social, and wellness facilities under one roof.

Additional amenities will include a state-of-the-art Technogym-equipped fitness center and studios, two swimming pools, and a multi-purpose indoor sports arena for padel, tennis, and football. Residents will also have access to a cinema, karaoke studio, and a dedicated e-sports gaming lounge. Essential on-site services will include retail outlets for groceries, grooming, and banking, as well as a medical clinic, pharmacy, and tailoring facilities.

Dining will be integral to daily life at Wynn Oasis, with a thoughtfully curated collection of six food and beverage outlets operated in-house by Wynn's own culinary team. Two sit-down venues anchor the offering: The Reef, a relaxed buffet-style restaurant, and Victory Sports Bar & Lounge, a 197-seat destination showcasing live sports around the clock. Complementing these are four grab-and-go concepts designed for everyday convenience, including Stacked, a gourmet burger concept; Slice, specializing in artisanal pizza; Zen, serving Asian-inspired rice bowls; and an artisan coffee house.

Wynn Oasis will be designed to foster connection and belonging through a network of open lounges and shared spaces that encourage daily interaction. At its center will be La Rêve Plaza, a purpose-built outdoor venue for community celebrations, live performances, cultural gatherings, and open-air cinema, complemented by Al Safa Garden, a calm, nature-rich retreat designed for quiet reflection.

The community will be intentionally designed to feel like a residential village rather than employee housing. Landscaped with more than 65,000 plants and over 500 trees, Wynn Oasis will integrate shaded walkways, gardens, and a central event lawn throughout the development. A professionally designed one-kilometer running track will weave through green zones, supporting everyday movement and outdoor wellbeing.

A defining feature of Wynn Oasis will be Wynn University, a fully operational on-site learning campus integrated into the residential community. Designed to support long-term career development, the facility will include professional culinary training kitchens, F&B laboratories, digital learning spaces, and specialized training laboratories that reinforce Wynn's long-term investment in its people.

Max Tappeiner, President, Wynn Al Marjan Island, said: "We believe that exceptional guest experiences begin with how we care for our people. Wynn Oasis reflects that belief in a very tangible way. Designed with the same rigor and attention to detail as our guest environments, it prioritizes wellbeing, connection, and personal development, because when our colleagues feel supported, they are empowered to deliver at the highest level. With the launch of Wynn Oasis, we will set a new global standard for how hospitality organizations invest in their people." -TradeArabia News Service
