Dubai Residential REIT, the GCC’s largest real estate investment trust, has announced the successful acquisition of 220 townhouses at Jebel Ali Village for AED894 million ($243 million) and their addition to its investment portfolio. The cluster comprises a mix of three- and four-bedroom units in a family-oriented community.
Aldar, a leading developer, has announced the sell-out of Al Ghadeer Gardens, a community of 437 townhouses and villas within the growth corridor between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, generating more than AED1 billion ($272.3 million) in sales.
Dubai Properties has awarded contracts worth nearly AED1.1 billion ($299 million) to Metac General Contracting for the construction of 850 townhouses at Villanova within the Dubailand community. The contract covers the first two phases of La Tilia, comprising 500 three- and 350 four-bedroom homes.
ORA Developers has broken ground on its flagship 4.8-million-sq-m coastal community, Bayn, at Ghantoot region strategically located between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. A total of 805 villas and townhouses will be built within the first phase.
