Bahrain has signed key financing agreements with Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) for the King Faisal Highway Project and the Salman Industrial City Expansion Project. This comes as part of the kingdom's efforts to implement strategic projects in vital infrastructure sectors.
Bahrain has invited bids from leading developers for setting up a multi-storey factory complex in Salman Industrial City catering to SMEs, said a report. The winning bidder will sign a lease deal with the ministry for its industrial units and will also be responsible for site development as well as construction of the complex.
