Leading Saudi developer Retal has secured a key contract from Oman for the development of an integrated residential community on a 1.3 million sq m area within Sultan Haitham City in Muscat. A $830 million project, it will boast over 2,000 residential units as well as other key amenities.
Saudi Arabia’s Retal Urban Development Company has entered into an agreement with leading Omani authorities for the development of three neighbourhood community projects within Sultan Haitham City, Oman’s largest urban development project, at a total investment of $800 million.
Saudi-based Retal Urban Development Company said it has signed an agreement with National Housing Company (NHC) to build a major residential project in the Al Fursan suburb of Riyadh at a total investment of SAR5.2 billion ($1.39 billion).
