Arabian Adventures strengthens UAE offering with new trade benefits, experiences

Arabian Adventures has introduced a series of initiatives aimed at helping travel trade partners secure more business in the UAE ahead of the 2026/27 winter season, including enhanced hotel rate protection, AI-enabled processes and an expanded portfolio of experiences.

The destination management company (DMC) has strengthened its Price Match Guarantee, enabling partners across its global network to secure the lowest available UAE hotel rates by matching eligible lower market rates.

Available across both static and dynamic pricing models, the programme offers tour operators greater confidence when quoting and booking, supported by Arabian Adventures' destination expertise, local support and established supplier relationships.

The company has also accelerated its contracting processes through AI-enabled technology, allowing hotel contracts to be loaded and made live in less than six hours from receipt. The improvement gives travel partners faster access to inventory, helping them respond more efficiently to customer demand and emerging sales opportunities.

Expanding the UAE experience portfolio

Arabian Adventures is continuing to broaden its excursions and attractions portfolio across the UAE, providing tour operators with more options to customise itineraries and differentiate their holiday packages.

One of its latest additions is a Dubai Creek Walking Tour, developed in response to growing interest in heritage and cultural experiences. The guided tour takes visitors through historic districts, traditional souqs and waterfront communities that played an important role in Dubai's transformation into a global city.

The experience joins an existing portfolio that includes desert safaris, city tours, attractions, adventure activities and bespoke itineraries.

Further developments are also planned at The Fort - Lisaili, Arabian Adventures' desert destination, following the announcement of an AED 8 million investment programme.

Planned additions include new dining concepts, family attractions, premium hospitality facilities, event spaces and what the company describes as the UAE's first dune-top desert zipline. The developments are intended to create more bookable experiences while encouraging visitors to extend their stays in Dubai.

Growth across international markets

Beyond the UAE, Arabian Adventures continues to offer experiences in Oman and the Maldives, allowing travel partners to develop multi-destination itineraries combining mountain, coastal, desert and island experiences for different traveller interests and budgets.

The latest initiatives come amid continued growth across the company's international business, which has recorded consistent month-on-month growth since May 2026.

The UK remains one of Arabian Adventures' key source markets, alongside Australia, China and the Americas, reflecting sustained demand for UAE holidays.

Sébastien Garcia, Vice President, Destination Management (UAE & Gulf Region), dnata Travel Group, said: “Our customers need more than competitive rates. They need a partner they can rely on, products that inspire travellers, and a seamless experience from contracting through to delivery on the ground. That is what we are continuing to build at Arabian Adventures. By strengthening our Price Match Guarantee, improving our speed to market through AI-enabled processes, and continuously expanding our portfolio across the UAE, we are making it easier for our partners to stay competitive, respond to their customers’ needs and ultimately create memorable experiences for travellers.”

He added: “We'll continue working closely with our customers to understand where the opportunities are and ensure we're providing the products, support and flexibility they need to succeed.”

New multilingual trade catalogue

To further support its international distribution network, Arabian Adventures has launched its most comprehensive product catalogue to date, consolidating multiple editions into a single non-priced version.

Available in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian and Russian, the catalogue is designed to make it easier for travel sellers worldwide to access, share and promote the company's products and services.

The combined focus on competitive pricing, faster contracting, product development and improved trade resources forms part of Arabian Adventures' wider strategy to strengthen its position as a UAE destination partner ahead of the upcoming winter season. -TradeArabia News Service
