UAE-based Ohana Development said it has achieved a key milestone by selling 92% units in Phase 2 of its Manchester City Yas Residences waterfront community in Abu Dhabi, under 48 hours of the sales launch. This comes following the complete sell-out of the project's first phase earlier this year.
Abu Dhabi-based Ohana Development has announced the launch of the second phase of its Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana project, featuring two- and three-bedroom townhouses, duplex villas, and four- and five-bedroom villas. The premium development is set for phased delivery by 2029.
