Jeddah’s hotel sector recorded strong growth in September 2026, boosted by the Gulf Cup, with occupancy rising 35.6% year-on-year to 65.5%, according to preliminary CoStar data. Revenue per available room increased 53.3% to SAR393.87 ($104.88), while average daily rates rose 13% to SAR601.49.
