Dubai developer Meraas has awarded a key contract to International Foundation Group for groundworks at its premium residential development Nourelle within Madinat Jumeirah Living. It comprises 236 one- to four-bedroom apartments across three contemporary residential buildings.
Leading Dubai developer Meraas has awarded the ground works contract to International Foundation Group for its landmark 45-storey residential project - Atélis at d3 - located within the Dubai Design District. The contract covers comprehensive site preparation, excavation and shoring and piling works.
