Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) has announced that it has awarded the excavation and foundation works contract for a new 47,000RT district cooling plant in Dubai Science Park. On completion, the key facility will serve nearly 80 mixed-use buildings within Dubai Science Park.
