UAE-based Azizi Developments said it has laid the foundation for its first five-star hotel, marking the beginning of the rollout of its AED75 billion ($20.4 billion) hospitality investment plan for Dubai under which it will develop 151 hotels, including 100 four-star and 50 five-star hotels as well as a seven-star property.
