Oman’s Ministry of Heritage and Tourism has signed two usufruct agreements to establish a four-star resort in the Wilayat of Al Hamra in A’Dakhiliyah Governorate and a five-star hotel in the Wilayat of Mirbat in Dhofar Governorate, with an investment cost exceeding $31 million.
Dhofar Governorate signed a RO4 million ($10.4 million) contract with Oman’s Ministry of Energy and Minerals to develop Ateen Natural Park, a 270,000-square-meter integrated tourism and leisure destination in Salalah offering nature, relaxation, and family-friendly attractions.
