IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Mountain View for Development and Real Estate Investment to launch The Residences at Hotel Indigo Mountain View Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast, marking the global debut of Hotel Indigo branded residences.
Marriott International has signed a landmark agreement with Misr Italia Properties and People & Places to develop nine hospitality projects across Egypt, adding more than 1,500 hotel rooms and branded residences as the country expands its tourism and real estate sectors.
Arada has awarded the construction contract for the Rove Aljada hotel cluster, located within the AED35 billion ($9.5 billion) Sharjah megaproject. Spread across four blocks, the hotel and branded residences buildings will be completed by the end of 2027.
