Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has announced that Gulf Spic General Trading & Contracting, a leading Kuwaiti firm specialised in delivering EPC services to the energy sector, has emerged as the lowest bidder for its Booster Stations Enhancement Project. In total, KOC had received four bids for the BS-140 and 150 upgrade project.
