The world’s tallest, largest and smartest net-positive government building - Al Shera’a - was inaugurated in Dubai by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Friday.
