Investcorp, a leading global alternative investment firm, has announced that its infrastructure platform, Aberdeen Investcorp Infrastructure Partners (AIIP), jointly owned by Aberdeen Investments, has closed the acquisition of a significant minority equity interest and joined the partnership led by MAWREF Logistics Solutions (MAWREF) in Al Fadhili Field House for Real Estate Development Company in Saudi Arabia.
