UAE-based defence company EDGE has announced that it has entered into a deal to acquire a 100% stake in Brazilian aerospace and engineering company Akaer, in a move that would give the Abu Dhabi group an established engineering base in Brazil and a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team.
Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center (AMMROC), a leading provider of military aviation MRO services, and Akaer, a Brazilian leader in advanced aerospace and defence engineering, have announced a strategic collaboration to jointly deliver next-generation multi mission aircraft and modernisation solutions.
