Total CX, part of Bahrain-headquartered international technology group, has announced the signing of a strategic agreement with Ibn Al Nafees Hospital to deliver innovative customer experience services and AI solutions that support and enhance the hospital's operations.

This strategic deal reflects both organisations' shared commitment to enhancing customer experience through the integration of skilled talent and AI-enabled solutions.

The agreement was signed by Total CX Interim CEO Aseel Mattar and Ibn Al Nafees Hospital CEO Rahma Jaberi.
