Turkish Airlines and Al Ghazal Travel and Tourism Agency are set to launch direct flights between Al-Ahsa International Airport in Saudi Arabia and Rize–Artvin Airport in Türkiye.

This agreement builds on ongoing efforts to strengthen international air connectivity through Al-Ahsa International Airport and enhance cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Türkiye in the travel and tourism sectors.

The Governor of Al-Ahsa Governorate, Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, sponsored the signing of the agreement.

The new flights are expected to meet growing demand for direct international air services among residents of Al-Ahsa and the Eastern Region.

The initiative will also provide greater convenience for travellers while supporting regional development and connectivity. -TradeArabia News Service
