XRG, an energy investment company, will increase its stake in Rio Grande LNG, one of the world’s largest LNG export facilities in Brownsville, Texas, by acquiring an additional 7.6 per cent equity in Trains 4 and 5 from Global Infrastructure Partners, a BlackRock acquisition vehicle.
