A consortium of UAE entities - Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE) and Taqa Water Solutions - and French water management specialist Saur International has secured a major contract to develop the largest wastewater treatment plant in Ras Al Khaimah with a 60,000 cu m/day capacity.
The Government of Ras Al Khaimah, represented by the Public Services Department, has signed a long-term Sewage Treatment Agreement (STA) with a consortium of companies, comprising Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE), TAQA Water Solutions and Saur International.
Dubai Municipality has issued requests for proposal (RfPs) for the Phase II Links Package of the Dubai Strategic Sewerage Tunnels (DSST) project. The project scope for the winning bidder includes development, funding, design and EPC services as well as operation and maintenance work.
