Oman’s low-cost carrier SalamAir has announced that it had operated nearly 5,800 flights carrying a total of 839,630 passengers across its network during the fourth quarter with an on-time performance of 77.5%, thus highlighting its operational resilience.
Oman Air has recorded strong commercial performance in 2025. The airline carried 5.8 million passengers in 2025, representing an 8% increase compared to 2024 and a 57% increase compared to 2022, significantly outpacing overall market growth.
Oman Air, the national airline of Oman, has announced the launch of direct flights to Kigali, Rwanda. The flightsare scheduled to commence in June 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
