Abu Dhabi-based Nord Real Estate Development has announced the launch of its mixed-use development, Novayas, in the heart of Yas Island. Designed as a refined urban sanctuary with a dedicated retail space, it features 96 apartments with a mix of studios and one- to three-bedroom units.
