LMD, an international real estate developer with major presence in the UAE, Egypt, Spain and Greece, has completed the handover of Marina Living, its 20-storey residential tower in Dubai Marina comprising 205 apartments with a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments.
More than 80% of UAE residents are considering moving to seafront or marina communities within the next two to three years, while 96% say that daily decisions are influenced by proximity to water, including travel, exercise and stress management, according to new research.
