AD Ports Group has taken over the operational control of Brazil’s top agri-bulk port terminal operator CLI in a deal worth AED3.1 billion ($835 million), following the completion of the financial closing for its acquisition, through funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management and IG4 Capital.
