Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has issued a decree forming the board of directors of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), with Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as its Chairman, reported state news agency Wam.
