Aseer Region, Saudi Arabia recorded significant growth in commercial registrations and economic activities in Q3 2025, according to the Ministry of Commerce's latest Business Sector Bulletin. Tourist accommodation rose by 91% to 11,987 registers, with Aseer accounting for 381.

Abu Dhabi developer Miral has announced that 28% work has been completed on Topgolf, a major leisure and entertainment offering on Yas Island, and is on track for timely completion later this year. It is being developed in partnership with Viya, the franchise partner of Topgolf.
Alhani Construction said it has been appointed as the main contractor for the Egaila Beach development project – Plage 7 in Kuwait. Spanning 60,000 sq m, the project will feature indoor as well as outdoor recreational areas with water attractions, health club facilities and space for year-round beach activities.
