Dubai master developer Emaar has announced the launch of its newest project - Dubai Mansions - featuring a limited collection of ultra-luxury mansions ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 sq ft along with premium amenities, at its AED100 billion ($27.2 billion) master-planned community Emaar Hills.
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has signed an agreement with Emaar Properties for the expansion of Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station. On completion, the station’s total area will increase to 8,500sq m with bigger entrances and pedestrian bridges as well as new escalators and lifts.
Alef Group, a premier developer in Sharjah, has announced the official launch of Palace Residences Al Mamsha, a luxury branded project developed in collaboration with Emaar Hospitality. The key development offers a mix of one- to three-bedroom apartments with a range of amenities.
