The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts received 243 opt-in cases in the first half of 2026, representing 30% of the 810 cases filed across all divisions.
The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts reported that a total of 810 cases were filed from January to June in the courts, a 25% increase year-on-year, with a combined claim value of AED10.02 billion ($2.73 billion), up 48% from the same period in 2025.
