Archer Aviation has announced that it has signed definitive agreement with The Boeing Company to acquire its key subsidiaries - Wisk Aero, SkyGrid and Insitu. The deal will combine complementary capabilities developed over decades in autonomy, eVTOL aircraft and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).
