Legacy Hotels Holding is accelerating its expansion across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), signing agreements for four new properties in the UAE, Egypt and Georgia at Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026.

The deals add approximately 20 hotels and more than 1,200 keys to the group’s development pipeline as it works towards its target of more than 65 hotels by 2027.

A key milestone is the UAE debut of Kyriad Prestige, with the 110-key Kyriad Prestige Downtown Dubai scheduled to open in October 2026.

The hotel will offer a blend of comfort and refinement, with interiors inspired by Dubai’s local culture and heritage.

In Egypt, Legacy Hotels Holding announced the 560-key Kyriad Galala, scheduled to open in Q3 2029.

The contemporary property will introduce Kyriad’s budget-friendly, midscale hospitality offering to the Egyptian market.

The group has also signed a Master Franchise Agreement with TemptingPlaces, a hospitality brand known for its French-inspired approach and locally influenced design.

Under the agreement, Legacy Hotels Holding will manage and operate the 110-key TemptingPlaces Maison Kokoon in Dubai, which is scheduled to open by 2030.

The partnership also includes the 109-key TemptingPlaces Panorama Kakheti Resort in Georgia, announced at ATM 2026 and scheduled to open in 2028.

The latest announcements build on the group’s expansion in Egypt. Earlier this year, Legacy Hotels Holding added two Golden Tulip properties to its pipeline, representing a combined 411 keys.

Golden Tulip Cairo Pyramids is scheduled to open in Q4 2027, followed by Golden Tulip Sheikh Zayed City in Q4 2028.

Further openings are planned across Bahrain, Tunisia, Syria, Morocco, Tanzania, La Réunion and other markets, adding to the group’s operating portfolio of 45 properties across MENA, Europe and the CIS region.
