Saudi low-cost carrier flyadeal, part of Saudia Group, has unveiled two new services aimed at giving customers greater flexibility and convenience.

The airline has introduced Time to Think (TTT), allowing passengers who book through the flyadeal website or app to cancel within 24 hours without charge and receive a full refund to their original payment method. The offer applies to bookings made at least seven days before travel, giving customers additional time to finalise their plans.

flyadeal has also launched flyadeal Connections, a connecting-flight service covering domestic and international journeys across its expanding network. The offering provides customers with additional routing options through a single through-ticket, competitive fares and simplified connection processes. The airline said the new services are designed to enhance choice, flexibility and peace of mind while maintaining its low-fare proposition.

At the same time, flyadeal Connections significantly expands travel options across our network. We have increased the number of routes available to customers from 58 city pairs to 236, creating 178 additional route options through convenient one-stop connections, both domestic and international, via our hubs in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Madinah. Passengers in Hyderabad or Islamabad, for example, can now connect seamlessly through Riyadh to Jeddah, Madinah, Abha, Dammam, and more, with their bags checked through all the way to the final destination.
