Oman Travel Hub, a new tourism digital platform founded by Oman-based couple Bader Al Lawati and Anna Chesalina, has been launched to promote the country’s landscapes, cultural heritage, and hidden experiences while connecting small and medium tourism operators with a global audience.
The platform,
accessible via Oman Travel Hub and Instagram Oman Travel Hub Instagram, is
designed to encourage travellers to explore Oman beyond traditional tourist
routes.
Positioned as both a
showcase and a networking hub, Oman Travel Hub provides visibility for local
tour operators, car rental companies, and experience providers, helping them
reach international travellers directly and strengthen the country’s tourism ecosystem.
A key feature is its
“Plan Your Itinerary With Us” service, which offers personalised travel
planning based on individual preferences, from desert adventures and coastal
escapes to cultural experiences, reducing the need for extensive research.
The platform also
invites tourism operators to collaborate and expand their reach, supporting
broader growth in Oman’s tourism sector and promoting more authentic, tailored
travel experiences.
Al Lawati, a seasoned marketing
professional with over a decade of experience in brand strategy, emphasised the
importance of marketing in tourism: “My career in marketing has taught me that
visibility is everything. Tourism thrives when stories are told well and
experiences are showcased authentically. Oman Travel Hub is about giving our
country’s hidden gems the visual spotlight they deserve, while enabling local
providers to market themselves effectively to the world.”
Chesalina, shared the personal
inspiration behind the project: “My love for Oman grew with every journey we
took as a family. While planning one of our trips, I realised how challenging
it was to find consolidated information about the country’s lesser-known treasures.
That’s when the idea for Oman Travel Hub was born—to make discovery easier and
to share Oman’s beauty with travellers everywhere.” -TradeArabia News Service
