Cyprus Airways has announced the resumption of its flights between Dubai and Larnaca starting March 11, restoring a key connection between the UAE and Cyprus and offering travellers convenient access to one of the Mediterranean’s most attractive destinations.
Flights will operate daily until May 30, after which the route will transition to the airline’s summer schedule with four flights per week.
Cyprus is becoming an increasingly attractive destination for travellers from the UAE, offering a convenient gateway between Europe and the Middle East.
With its strategic location, strong business links and Mediterranean lifestyle, the island appeals to both business travellers and visitors looking for a European escape.
The decision to resume scheduled operations follows a careful assessment of the current situation in the region. The safety and well-being of passengers and crew remain Cyprus Airways’ highest priority, and the airline continues to closely monitor developments while working in coordination with the relevant authorities to ensure safe and reliable operations.
During the past week, Cyprus Airways also operated repatriation flights from Dubai, assisting passengers who had been temporarily stranded due to recent travel disruptions. These flights enabled travellers to return home safely at a time when travel options were limited.
