Musstir has signed an agreement with Oman's Ministry of Housing to develop a wellness village project in Jabal Al Akhdar, with an investment of up to OMR200 million ($520 million). The project covers 600,000 square meters and aims to create a resort emphasising relaxation, wellness, and the sultanate's cultural identity.
