Sanzen Real Estate Development has announced the complete sell-out of all 240 villas in Phase One of its AED2.36 billion ($642 million) integrated residential project Sukoon located in Al Tay area near the Sharjah-Dubai border. On completion, it will boast 859 villas along with key amenities.
