Saudi-based SAL Logistics Services Company said it has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in leading Belgian ground handling and cargo company Aviapartner Liege, thus marking its first operational presence outside the kingdom and expanding its network to 20 stations.
Saudi petrochemicals company Alujain has entered into an agreement with Belgian group Beaulieu Fibres International to expand production of polypropylene fibres and nonwoven products in Yanbu Industrial City. Under this, BFI will invest SAR89 million ($23.7 million) in Alujain's key subsidiary IRIC.
